Earthlings Ministry is a personal growth and community-centered ministry that combines psychology, communication tools, seasonal celebrations, and guided self-reflection. Through mentorship, gatherings, and educational programs, participants cultivate self-awareness, deeper relationships, and meaningful connection to community.

The curriculum follows a two-year pathway. Year One, A Year of Celebrations, explores personal development through seasonal cycles, cultural traditions, and inner work. Year Two focuses on leadership, facilitation, and community stewardship, culminating in ordainment as an Honorary Compass—a ministry leader who holds space for people from all walks of life.

A Compass holds a container for all walks of life from every direction.
